This initiative is designed to further enhance efficiency, elevate product quality, and reinforce workplace safety – key pillars that support our commitment to delivering world-class gas appliances to global customers.

The training program, which commenced in early March, brings together operators, technicians, and team leaders from our manufacturing department. Over the course of several sessions, participants engage in a mix of theoretical instruction and hands-on practice, covering three core areas:

Through lean manufacturing principles and workflow optimization techniques, employees learn to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and streamline processes – ensuring faster turnaround without compromising quality.

Our quality assurance team leads workshops on precision assembly, rigorous testing protocols, and continuous improvement methodologies. Trainees gain deeper insights into maintaining the high reliability that Hobun products are known for.

The program adopts an interactive approach, combining classroom presentations with live demonstrations and group discussions. Employees are encouraged to share their own experiences and propose improvements, fostering a collaborative environment where every voice matters.
