Flue Type Gas Geyser Incorporating Oxygen-free Copper Heat Exchanger Providing and Energy Heating Solution for Business
Flue Type Gas Geyser Incorporating Oxygen-free Copper Heat Exchanger Providing and Energy Heating Solution for Business
Product Description
Fuel logistics can dominate operating cost on farms where every LPG cylinder travels by truck and replacement stock must be planned ahead. This 10L flue type instant gas water heater combines seasonal gas adjustment with a service-parts package for agricultural staff housing and rural residences. The unit burns fuel only while water flows, eliminating tank-maintenance losses during long work shifts or empty periods. Opening the tap triggers the water-gas interlock, DC 3V pulse ignition lights the three-section burner, and 20 kilowatts of input pass through the copper exchanger. Around 10 litres per minute is delivered at a 25-degree Celsius rise, appropriate for one shower or washing outlet at a time. The winter-summer selector allows supervisors to reduce burner demand when tank water is already warm, while mechanical controls cover 35 to 80 degrees Celsius. Replaceable knobs, battery boxes, ignitors, thermostats, and switches help remote properties restore operation without waiting for a complete new heater.
Specifications
The wall-mounted casing measures 590 by 340 by 180 millimetres and has a typical net weight of 8 kilograms. Its export carton measures 670 by 405 by 230 millimetres and weighs about 9 kilograms gross. Rated heat input is 20 kilowatts and minimum thermal efficiency is 85 percent. Nominal output reaches 10 litres per minute at the defined rise. Working pressure extends from 0.02 to 0.8 megapascals, with low-pressure activation near 0.015 megapascals for suitable elevated tanks. LPG configuration requires 2800 pascals, while natural-gas versions use 2000 pascals. DC 3V batteries supply dual-pin pulse ignition. Water and gas ports are G1/2 inch, and natural exhaust connects to a 90-millimetre chimney. Heating begins within 15 seconds under correct conditions.

Installation Scenarios & Installation Precautions
The farm-oriented model fits worker residences, plantation kitchens, dairy staff blocks, rural homesteads, and covered wash areas separate from animal or material storage. Never install in a sealed bathroom, sleeping room, barn, feed store, workshop with combustible dust, or chemical room. Permanent replacement air must enter through a louvre, window, or grille, and the 90-millimetre smoke pipe must terminate outdoors. Verify wall capacity, retain 200 millimetres above and 150 millimetres on both sides, and protect pipework from machinery and livestock. LPG cylinders must remain outdoors with an approved regulator. Test joints with soap solution, confirm battery polarity, and display operating and emergency instructions in the users’ language.
Features & Value Delivered to Global Buyers
The operating package joins cylinder economy with remote maintainability. Seasonal adjustment, low-pressure startup, dual ignition, flame-loss shutdown, anti-dry protection, overheat and pressure safeguards, and the 20-minute limiter address rural use. OEM programs can add estate colours, control labels, logos, panel finishes, displays, and cartons. Orders begin at 100 pieces per model, samples support site trials, and production follows approval and deposit. The one-year warranty includes complimentary service components that farm maintenance teams or regional dealers can hold on site.
Safety Boundaries & Long-Term Use Reminders
This heater is unsuitable for barns containing hay or feed, enclosed worker bedrooms, direct rain, and nonstop institutional bathing. LPG cylinders must never share the occupied installation room. Shut the gas valve during seasonal vacancy and after abnormal odour or ignition. Keep spare batteries and labelled parts in a dry store, replace batteries annually, clean inlet screens where tank water carries sediment, inspect the chimney for insect nests, and drain the water circuit before an extended freeze-risk closure.
