Product Description
A coastal housing project may need one technical platform but several visual finishes for different room categories. This 10L flue type instant gas water heater combines white-coated metal, stainless steel, or glass panel options with an anti-wind backflow feature for covered seaside service areas. Entry units can use coated steel, practical utility rooms can use stainless fronts, and premium rooms can adopt glass without changing the core installation architecture. Water flow triggers DC 3V pulse ignition, the harmonica-shaped triple burner applies 20 kilowatts beneath a copper exchanger, and approximately 10 litres per minute is delivered at a 25-degree Celsius rise. Mechanical adjustment extends from 35 to 80 degrees Celsius. The wind shield supports more stable natural draft in exposed locations, but it does not replace correct chimney placement or continuous combustion air. For developers and distributors, one internal platform simplifies training and service while panel choice creates visible project segmentation.
Specifications
Every panel version uses a body measuring 590 by 340 by 180 millimetres, with a typical net weight of 8 kilograms. The standard export carton is 670 by 405 by 230 millimetres at about 9 kilograms gross. Rated heat input reaches 20 kilowatts and efficiency is at least 85 percent. Nominal output is 10 litres per minute at the reference rise. Water pressure may range from 0.02 to 0.8 megapascals, with startup near 0.015 megapascals. LPG and natural-gas models require 2800 and 2000 pascals respectively. DC 3V batteries power dual ignition pins, G1/2-inch threads connect water and fuel, and a 90-millimetre chimney provides natural exhaust. LED or LCD indication can be matched with the chosen fascia.

Installation Scenarios & Installation Precautions
Suitable projects include seaside apartments, resort staff blocks, fishing-lodge rooms, covered coastal balconies, and ventilated marine utility corridors. Select a panel according to actual exposure, not appearance alone. Position the chimney terminal away from eaves, parapets, and narrow courts that create reverse pressure, and use corrosion-resistant flue sections. Permanent replacement air is mandatory. The heater must never be installed in a sealed bathroom, bedroom, staircase, or location washed by rain. Check wall strength, leave 200 millimetres above and 150 millimetres beside the casing, secure the chimney for storm loads, and place LPG cylinders outdoors. Test all joints and observe flame stability before project acceptance.
Features & Value Delivered to Global Buyers
The project advantage combines three fascia options, colour and branding flexibility, and one shared heating platform. Anti-wind protection and flame-loss shutdown respond to coastal draft concerns, while low-pressure activation, dual ignition, dry-burn prevention, overheat and pressure safeguards, seasonal control, and a 20-minute timer cover general use. MOQ begins at 100 pieces per model, samples allow finish and wind-site evaluation, and production follows approval and deposit. A one-year warranty and free common service parts reduce maintenance complexity across different room categories.
Safety Boundaries & Long-Term Use Reminders
The wind shield does not make an unsafe terminal acceptable, and stainless steel does not authorise direct rain exposure. Stop operation after repeated flame loss, yellow combustion, or storm damage. Use cleaning methods appropriate to each panel and wipe away salt deposits before corrosion develops. Never add improvised terminal screens. Replace batteries annually, clean inlet filters, inspect flue joints and fasteners, clear nests and debris, and schedule professional testing of the burner and protective devices every year.
